The paper presents the positive experience of the long-term hydrodynamic monitoring of directional production and injection we11s in the course of the development of Yuzhno Khylchuyu oil field in the Lower Permian carbonate depositions. The results of the performed studies show the heterogeneity of the productive reservoir in the area and section, the occurrence of the bed boundary and boundary conditions, the ratio of dynamic capacities participating in filtering, the hydrodynamic unity of рооl areas for а certain period of the development, the regularities of the filtration parameters change in time, the working thickness while reservoir pressure maintenance. The possibility of the telemetric measurement system (TMS) use in the hydrodynamic studies of we11s using the pair observation well testing method has been evaluated.
