The problem of degradation of machines or devices constituting the technical systems, and particularly degradation of their base or their supporting structure, becomes every day a problem that is more and more essential, especially from the economic point of view and from the point of view of operating safety. The problem appears to be of a particular sharpness in the domain of stationary systems, e.g. bridges, viaducts, see bed drilling platforms, as well as supporting structures of large-size extractive systems. These are mainly heavy systems of harbor cranes, gantry cranes, wagon tipplers and systems of earth movers and mining machines (bucket ladder excavators, dumping conveyors, loaders), that are exploited for many years. The discussed question concerns also many technical installations belonging to various processing industries, i.e. chemical, oil, food, extractive industry.
