PL

Zadaniem taryfy przemysłowej, opracowywanej przez przedsiębiorstwa sieciowe jest nie tylko pokrywanie uzasadnionych kosztów działalności, ale przede wszystkim właściwa symulacja zachowań użytkowników sieci elektroenergetycznej, adekwatna do specyfiki i warunków jej pracy. W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe kryteria i zasady tworzenia taryf przemysłowych stanowiące podstawowy element wspomagający proces ich tworzenia. Ponadto artykuł zawiera pogłebioną analizę rozwiązań taryf przemysłowych stosowanych w różnych krajach, ukierunkowaną na identyfikację zastosowanych mechanizmów symulacji użytkowników sieci jak i wpływu funkcjonującego rynku energii oraz specyfiki sieci danego kraju na ich obecny kształt.

The role of the transmission tariff prepared by transmission companies is not only to recover the justified operational costs, but primarily to provide suitable stimulation power grid users behaviors, adequate to the grid specific nature and operation conditions. The article discusses basic criteria and rules for the transmission tariff preparation, which are the key component supporting the tariff creating process. Furthermore the article provides an in - depth analysis of transmission tariffs solutions used in different countries, aiming to identify mechanisms of grid users simulation applied, as well as the impact of the functioning electricity market and the grid specific nature in a given country on their current form.
