On the 100th birthday of Joseph Juran, the author reminds us of the work and achievements of the Jubilarian. This part is followed by a reminder that Juran's theories are often approached in a superficial and schematic way. He claims that the achievements of the "Father of Quality" are not sufficiently promoted in Poland.
