Przedsiębiorstwo budowlane jest jednostką gospodarczą niezwykle trudną do ujęcia w reguły modelu zapewnienia jakości, według PN-ISO 9002, ze względu na duży rozrzut budów na terenie miasta lub nawet kraju, zakładów produkcji pomocniczej i innych jednostek organizacyjnych. Jednak niezwykłe zainteresowanie tym tematem całej załogi MPB INSBUD S.A. oraz jej efektywna praca wdrożeniowa doprowadziły do celu, tj. do zdobycia przez firmę certyfikatu nr 17557 przyznanego przez SGS Yarsley International Certyfication Services.

The construction sector is an industrial field, very difficult in implementation of quality systems based on ISO 9000 standards. Every "production" of this type (it means a building) is realized in other place and in other local conditions. Any building company can "produce" (build) in many different places at the some time. After the finish of concrete construction, follows the change of the place which presents new conditions of the work. Therefore is necessary to apply very wide flexibility and strong consequence in the same local performance if we want to implement the quality assurance (management) system. The article describes such realization, finished with the success (obtention of certification by internationally recognized firm) demonstrating very interesting observations and reflexions based on proper research.
