EN

On-load tap changer (OLTC) is a mechanism connected with regulation winding of a transformer and allows to change voltage on its terminals. Usually, it is the only component of transformer with moving parts. Complex design and difficult working conditions makes OLTCs one of the most defective elements of a transformer [1].
