W artykule przeanalizowano elementy oferty turystycznej portów jachtowych województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Prezentowane dane zostały zebrane w wyniku badań własnych prowadzonych w latach 2012–2013 na terenie 24 portów jachtowych. Ich wyniki są istotne z uwagi na strategiczne znaczenie jakie dla województwa zachodniopomorskiego ma rozwój turystyki żeglarskiej. W pierwszej części artykułu zaprezentowano podstawowe definicje związane z portami jachtowymi i ich wyposażeniem, a także wskazano na specyficzną rolę jaką porty jachtowe pełnią w produkcie turystycznym dedykowanym żeglarzom. W dalszej części artykułu przedstawiono elementy oferty występujące najczęściej a także wykazano istniejące braki. Stwierdzono m.in. że zachodniopomorskie porty w niewielkim stopniu przygotowane są do obsługi jachtów motorowych. Wykazano również stosunkowo niskie kompetencje językowe pracowników bezpośrednio odpowiedzialnych za obsługę turystów, co może przyczyniać się do spadku poziomu obsługi klientów zagranicznych.

The article analyzes the elements of tourist offer of marinas operating in Western Pomerania. The presented data were collected as a result of research conducted by the years 2012–2013 in 24 marinas. Their results are significant in view of the strategic importance that development of nautical tourism has for Western Pomerania. The first part of the article presents the basic definitions related to marinas and their equipment, and also indicates the specific role that marinas play in the tourist product dedicated sailors. Later in the paper there are presented the most frequently occurring elements of the offer as well as the shortcomings of the offer. It was found e.g. that explored ports are poorly prepared to handle motor yachts and that staff members directly responsible for servicing tourists have relatively low language skills, which may contribute to the reduction of level of customers service of foreign sailors.

The main aim of the article is the analysis and assessment of tourist supply and demand in the West Pomeranian voivodeship. A particular attention has been paid to the tourist accommodation as one of the measures of tourist supply. However, analysis of tourist demand has been carried out on the basis of tourist traffic.

Artykuł powstał na podstawie opracowanych danych w ramach projektu „Scenariusze technologiczne pozyskiwania i zagospodarowania surowców skalnych w nawiązaniu do występującego zapotrzebowania”. Cały obszar został podzielony na cztery jednostki administracyjne (województwo zachodniopomorskie, pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie i lubuskie) i szczegółowo opisany pod względem rodzaju, wielkości i wystarczalności surowców skalnych na najbliższe lata, co pozwoliło w dalszej części projektu na wskazanie słabych i mocnych stron omawianych obszarów oraz umożliwiło prognozowanie sytuacji mającej miejsce na rynku kruszywa w zależności od przyjętego scenariusza rozwojowego kraju.

The article is based on the developments of the project „Strategies and technological scenarios of management and utilization of natural stone deposits”. The entire area is divided into four administrative units (zachodniopomorskie region, pomorskie region, kujawsko-pomorskie region and lubuskie region) and described in detail in terms of type, size and sufficiency natural stone in the coming years. Analyzing the mentioned aspects lead to indication of strengths and weaknesses afore of the described areas, which then allowed prediction of the situation, depending on the scenario of the country’s development of aggregates industry.
