W pracy zwrócono szczególną uwagę na wolnoobrotowe silniki pneumatyczne, gdyż konstrukcji takich silników jest znacznie mniej niż silników wysokoobrotowych. Wadą silników pneumatycznych jest ich stosunkowo niska sprawność, stąd warto przeanalizować znane konstrukcje, uwzględniając poprawę sprawności. W pracy przedstawiono konstrukcje kilku wybranych i opatentowanych silników pneumatycznych. Opisano ich budowy i zasady działania oraz zaproponowano stanowisko badawcze do wyznaczania podstawowych parametrów w celu oceny wpływu wybranych elementów konstrukcji na sprawność.

There is a need for low-speed pneumatic motors in industry. The work presents the design solutions of modern low-speed pneumatic motors. The pneumatic motors are characterized by a relatively low degree of complexity of the construction, ease of acquisition and storage of compressed air, overloading uncertainty, quick resumption of operation, high torque and low emissivity of environmentally harmful compounds. The disadvantage of pneumatic motors is their relatively low efficiency. It is expedient to seek solutions improving the efficiency of pneumatic motors. The paper describes the construction and principle of operation of several selected motors, and proposed a research bench to determine the basic parameters to assess the impact of selected structural components on efficiency.

Versatile hypotheses of fatigue damage accumulation are utilized in order to determine the fatigue life of particular mechanical elements. Such an approach to an analysis of fatigue processes is recognized as being phenomenological. In the present paper, modifications to the Paris and Foreman laws of fracture mechanics have been proposed. The goal of these modifications is an explicit formulation of crack propagation velocity as a function of crack length. Additionally, the process of crack growth was simulated according to the Palmgren-Miner and Pugno-Ciavarella-Cornetti-Carpinteri fatigue hypotheses. The results of simulation were verified based upon test stand experiments.

W artykule przedstawiono stanowisko badawcze wodnej pompy ciepła zbudowanej na podstawie patentu z 2011 roku nr 209839. Ukazano schemat instalacji, jak również omówiono zasadę działa urządzenia. Wskazano również na aparaturę pomiarową służącą do celów określenia charakterystyk energetycznych pompy ciepła.

This paper describes the use of versatile engine controller with open architecture and software, for controlling the internal combustion subaru EX17 engine that is installed on the research dynamometer bench made by Automex. MegaSquirt II controller was examined in the research, it can be connected with various transducers and controls giving possibility of tuning engine control parameters. Controller architecture is an open source, which means that experienced user can modify the regulator settings, control parameter maps and control algorithms.

W pracy przedstawiono zastosowanie uniwersalnego sterownika mikroprocesorowego o otwartej architekturze i oprogramowaniu do sterowania silnikiem spalinowym Robin-Subaru EX17 na stanowisku badawczym firmy Automex. W badaniach wykorzystano sterownik MegaSquirt II współpracujący z różnymi czujnikami pomiarowymi oraz elementami wykonawczymi, umożliwiający zmianę parametrów sterowania silnikiem. Architektura sterownika jest otwarta, co oznacza, że użytkownik może we własnym zakresie modyfikować nastawy regulacyjne, mapy parametrów sterowania oraz algorytmy sterowania. Wprowadzanie nastaw możliwe jest za pośrednictwem komputera PC z zainstalowanym odpowiednim oprogramowaniem.

The research station where a cycle of tests of automatic control of working parameters of the milking apparatus is performed was presented. The atmospheric subpressure system with an electronic atmospheric subpressure controller and a fragment of the milking system were constructed. The station is equipped with the state of-the-art equipment made by DeLaval.
