Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena przebiegu zróżnicowanych przedsięwzięć budowlanych w zakresie wypracowanego kosztu oraz wskazanie podstawowych przyczyn odchyleń kosztowych robót rzeczywiście wykonanych na budowie. Z uwagi na utylizację około 75% środków finansowych w fazie wykonawczej dla etapu realizacji robót dokonano analizy zgodnie z metodyką Earned Value Method pozwalającą na ocenę rzeczywiście osiągniętych budżetów różnorodnych zadań inwestycyjnych. Zaobserwowano analogie w ułożeniu krzywych skumulowanych przepływów pieniężnych, zarówno w ramach tych samych grup obiektów budowlanych, jak i pomiędzy nimi.
The aim of the article is to analyse and evaluate the course of diversified construction projects in terms of the generated cost and to indicate the basic reasons for the cost deviations of the works actually performed on the construction site. Due to the utilization of about 75% of funds in the execution phase, for the execution phase of the works, analysis was carried out in accordance with the Earned Value Method allowing the assessment of actually achieved budgets of various investment tasks. Analogies were observed in the alignment of cumulative cash flow curves, both within and between the same groups of construction facilities.
