EN

Development trends for light-duty vehicles and powertrains in aspects of available energy sources and global energy consumption, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, global warming and global CO₂ legislation target, world-wide emissions regulatory approach, crude oil prices, fossil and alternative fuels startegy, advanced propulsion technology srtategy, global vehicle production and competition, economic and finacial crisis influence on automotive industry are presented in the paper. The main drivers that have influence on future powertarin technology choices and personal transportation are described and discussed.

W artykule przedstawiono trendy rozwojowe dla pojazdów samochodowych i ich układów napędowych w aspekcie dostepnych zródeł energii i jej światowego zapotrzebowania, ograniczenia emisji gazów cieplarniaych i wprowadzania limitów emisji CO₂, przepisów dotyczących ograniczania emisji zwiazków szkodliwych spalin, dostępnych paliw silnikowych i paliw alternatywnych, zaawansowanych konstrukcji układów napędowych, światowej konkurencji w produkcji samochodów, wpływuświatowego kryzysu finansowego i gospodarczego. Przedstwiono analizę głównych czynników technicznych i ekonomicznych wpływających na nowe rozwiązania stosowane w układach napędowych przyszłych samochodów osobowych i użytkowych.
