Methods of separation and determination of β-blockers and β-agonist residues in environmental samples
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Poniższa praca przedstawia metody oznaczania β-blokerów i β-agonistów w próbkach środowiskowych.
High consumption of β-blockers and β-agonists drugs, exhaustive metabolism and incomplete removal in wastewater treatment plants make these pharmaceutical most frequently detected in environmental samples, especially in the water ecosystem. Although the concentra-tions of these compounds are not high, they represent a real risk to the aquatic ecosystem and human health. To estimate the degree of pollution and ecotoxicological risk assessment, gas and liquid chromatography with mass detection methods are used. Both of these techniques require the isolation and pre-concentrate of analytes from environmental matrices. Most commonly used is solid-phase extraction, although microextraction techniques are tested and adapted. The presented work provides a summary of methods for determining β-blockers and β-agonists in environmental samples.
