Dokonano przeglądu metod rozdzielania złożonych próbek za pomocą ciśnieniowej chromatografii cienkowarstwowej (OPLC). W celu zilustrowania wzrastającej roli OPLC w analizie chemicznej przedstawiono przykłady rozdziałów analitycznych i preparatywnych różnych grup związków.
EN
A review of separation methods of complex samples by overpressured layer chromatography (OPLC) is presented. Some analytical and preparative separations of different class of compounds are given to illustrate the increasing role of OPLC in analytical chemistry.
