W artykule przedstawiono modele i analizę wybranych detektorów uszkodzeń czujnika prędkości obrotowej silnika indukcyjnego dla napędu sterowanego metodą wektorową. Analizie poddane zostały zarówno systemy wykorzystujące teorię sztucznych sieci neuronowych, jak i proste techniki bazujące na relacjach pomiędzy wybranymi zmiennymi stanu napędu. Badania symulacyjne i eksperymentalne wykonano z wykorzystaniem struktury bezpośredniego sterowania polowo – zorientowanego (DFOC) na stanowisku laboratoryjnym z zestawem szybkiego prototypowania Micro Lab Box ds1202 firmy dSpace.

In the paper the chosen speed sensor faults detectors for vector controlled induction motor drive system are presented and described. Systems based on the artificial intelligence (neural network) and simple algorithmic systems are analyzed and tested in different drive conditions. Simulation and experimental results are obtained in direct field oriented control algorithm (DFOC) on the laboratory set-up with rapid prototyping card Micro Lab Box DS1202 by dSpace.
