Abstrakty

In the paper the numerical model of heat transfer and segregation of alloy component proceeding during the volumetric solidification process is discussed. It is assumed that the temperature field in domain of casting is described using the energy equation corresponding to one domain approach [1], while the macrosegregation model corresponds to the Scheil one. In numerical realization the finite element method (thermal computations) and control volume method (macrosegregation model) are used.

W pracy przedstawiono model przepływu ciepła i segregacji zachodzących w czasie krzepnięcia objętościowego stopu. Do opisu krzepnięcia wykorzystano metodę jednego obszaru, a segregacji – model Scheila. Zadanie rozwiązano metodami numerycznymi.
