Abstrakty

The problems of defence budget has generally been presented in its size and structure aspects. It was, therefore, the subject of considerations conducted in a different direction than the one accounted for in the article which attempts to look at the defence budget, first of all, from a systemic non material viewpoint. It sets aside the quantitative aspect of the subject matter so a realistic (material) approach expressed mainly in quantitative rational approach to the defence budget. The systemic approach is to define and project the given subject matter, here the defence budget, as a whole.
