This paper deals with the issues of recycling of granular materials in terms of the implementation of two basic technological processes that are used there: grinding and screening of those materials. Primarily mobile sets, used for this form of recycling are discussed. Granular materials discussed in this paper are mineral substances that are found as e.g. tailings, resulting from extraction of minerals. Furthermore, the paper deals with the (performance) characteristics of the mobile units and achievable capacity. Machines and whole sets of equipment discussed in this paper are used to recycle all the waste minerals. The paper contains only description of the basic trends in mechanical engineering destined for recycling mineral granular materials. Work is not an advertisement of such machines manufacturers, currently on the European market.
