Abstrakty

Artykuł stanowi próbę identyfikacji doświadczeń trzech państw-członków NATO, tj. Stanów Zjednoczonych, Wielkiej Brytanii oraz Republiki Federalnej Niemiec, w zakresie stosowania rozwiązań outsourcingowych w siłach zbrojnych. W artykule dokonano analizy rozwoju kontraktowania usług, charakterystyki współczesnych rozwiązań systemowych oraz opisano doświadczenia nadmienionych państw w zakresie pragmatyki outsourcingu w siłach zbrojnych.

The paper is an attempt to discern the experience of three NATO member states (the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany) in military outsourcing. It includes an analysis of military contracting development and contemporary system solutions along with a description of these states’ experience in terms of the pragmatics of military outsourcing.
