Dobór metod wielokryterialnego wspomagania decyzji do oceny wariantów zintegrowanego systemu miejskiego transportu publicznego

Abstrakty
Multi-criteria decision-making support methods are frequently used in solving transport-related problems. The most popular MCDM support methods include AHP, ANP, UTA, Electre, Oreste, and Promethee. However, not each of these methods may be applied to all types of problems, some of them are applied o problems of ranking while others to those of classification or choice. The paper presents the method selection methodology. By means of methodology verification, MCDM support methods for the evaluation of an integrated urban public transport system variants were selected where the methods were compared, among others, in terms of the decision-maker preference model, proceeding algorithm, and final ranking.
Metody wielokryterialnego wspomagania decyzji wielokrotnie stosowane są do rozwiązywania problemów transportowych. Do najpopularniejszych metod WWD można zaliczyć AHP, ANP, UTA, Electre, Oreste, Promethee. Jednak nie każda z metod może być zastosowana do wszystkich rodzajów problemów, niektóre z nich stosowane są do problemów szeregowania, inne klasyfikacji czy wyboru. W artykule przedstawiono metodykę doboru metod. Jako weryfikację metodyki, dokonano wyboru metod WWD do oceny wariantów zintegrowanego miejskiego transportu publicznego, gdzie metody porównano ze sobą m.in. ze względu na model preferencji decydenta, algorytm postępowania oraz ranking końcowy.
