Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono znaczenie wartości organizacyjnych w zarządzaniu jakością. Autor akcentuje znaczenie wartości, wskazuje na sposoby ich kształtowania oraz diagnozowania. Celami artykułu są: identyfikacja i charakterystyka najważniejszych wartości organizacyjnych w zarządzaniu jakością, ukazanie możliwości kształtowania wartości organizacyjnych, ukazanie możliwości diagnostycznych. Podstawową metodą badań były studia literaturowe.
The article discusses the importance of organizational values in quality management. The author emphasizes the importance of values, indicates how they are shaped and diagnosed. The primary goal of the article is to identify and characterize the most important organizational values in quality management as well as to show the possibilities of shaping organizational values and present diagnostic possibilities. Literature studies were the basic research method.
