The article presents the structure, aim and tasks of law enforcement agency that fights against organized crime in each profile of its activity in national and international dimensions. The notions of safety and public order have been defined in a legal and criminological meaning. The importance of Central Bureau’s of Investigations functioning was shown through professional and effective combating and eradication of organized crime that is connected with effective safety and public security protection in our and other countries.
