The article presents the implementation process of the TPA (Third Party Access) principle by PSE Operator for the purposes of feeding their own substations, with consideration of the regulations currently binding in the Polish power system. It also provides an overview of DSO’s procedures of changing suppliers and relevant technical requirements. Additionally, the structure of electricity consumption for own needs by PSE Operator’s substations is described together with cost optimization measures.
