Nowadays, environmental awareness is accompanied by any kind of economic activity. Today, operating companies have in mind that their presence and continued growth in the market, is determined not only by profits but also its environmental responsibility. The high level of environmental awareness the present societies, causes that companies, in their actions, seek to reduce their negative impact on the environment. Actions taken in this direction does not rely on one-off actions like "We plant the trees on Sunday," but rely on a comprehensive approach across the company's activities in terms of environmental protection. In this article we present an enterprise operating at the clothing market, which has its own supply chain. In the last few years, the company has noted a rapid growth, both in terms of quantity of goods sold, as well as in terms of number of customers and employees. As a company, whose headquarters is an office in London, trying to meet the contemporary society and its demands for environmental protection. Trying to meet the expectations of potential customers, the company asked for a study on supply chain with an evaluation of the possibility of introducing the changes that will result in the creation of green supply chain. The article presents the existing supply chain and some solutions, whose implementation will bring result such as transformation of supply chain into green supply chain.
