Modularity of adhesive bonding work-places

Abstrakty

EN

The adhesive bonding is recognized as the most universal way of bonding, but there are some restrictions relevant and connected with it. For the work places organization the most important are: special tooling requirements, health and environment hazard because of used glues or other chemicals and specialist equipment. The technological process of adhesive bonding has a number of operation before material connection with the use of a glue, and the glue putting operations, elements joining and joint hardening. In this context the “module” is defined as a working space, tooling and special equipment on its area, used substances, accident-prevention measures and correct surroundings conditions. In the paper the division of bonding stages to modules is suggested, These modules are characterized by specific tooling requirements and safety procedures.
