PL

Budowa jednolitego konkurencyjnego rynku energii elektrycznej na obszarze UE jest jednym z zasadniczych celów polityki energetycznej UE. Od momentu sformułowania tych celów budowa ta przebiegała z różnym natężeniem. Różna też była dynamika tej budowy w poszczególnych regionach UE. W okresie kilku ostatnich lat płynność i przejrzystość regionalnych rynków energii elektrycznej UE uległy znacznej poprawie w wyniku łączenia rynków krajowych. Łączenie tych rynków rozprzestrzenia się stopniowo z północno-zachodniej części UE na kolejne regiony. Łączenie to jest przede wszystkim efektem współpracy giełd energii elektrycznej, operatorów systemów przesyłowych oraz organów regulacyjnych UE. W artykule przedstawiono dotychczasowe rezultaty oraz perspektywy w zakresie regionalnej i międzyregionalnej integracji rynków energii elektrycznej UE.

Construction of a single competitive electricity market in the EU is one of the main objectives of EU energy policy. Since the formulation of these objectives, structure have taken place with varying intensity. Also different was the dynamics of the construction in various regions of the EU. In the last few years, the liquidity and transparency of regional EU electricity markets have improved significantly as a result of linking national markets. Combining these markets gradually spreading from the north-western part of the EU's other regions. Joining is mainly the result of cooperation power exchanges, transmission system operators and EU regulators. This paper presents the results so far and the prospects for regional and interregional integration of the EU's electricity markets.
