Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie nowego mostu oddanego do użytku w sierpniu 2015 roku – łukowej kładki dla pieszych i dla rowerzystów w Szczebrzeszynie.

The aim of the article is to present the new bridge, commissioned in August of this year. It is a rather small one, of the length amounted at 37,6 m. This is an arch footbridge for pedestrians as well as for cyclists in Szczebrzeszyn (Klemensów) near to Zamość, East Poland. This object is of extraordinary beauty, and at the same time was made very carefully, by the firm of two generation tradition in bridge building. Arched bridges have in themselves an aesthetic magic, because of this the introduction includes a brief, very subjective, an overview of arch bridges. In the immediate vicinity of a new footbridge is also a Gerber type bridge which was built in 1955. The bridge is in good technical condition, and these two objects, each separately or in both together, may be of interest to cyclist-tourists.
