In the article, the author paid attention to functioning of the logistical system of the company. He also took a position on the directions of the development in the company. The importance of the Internet in the logistical processes is great, because the Internet network is the most effective carrier of information and a perfect channel of distribution. The Internet is the source of new chances for company's logistics, thanks to the reduction of costs, limit on the number of mediators and cooperation in the channels of distribution. The possibility of using networks for exchanging the data is essential for logistical processes.
