PL

Stan infrastruktury kolejowej jest zasadniczym czynnikiem wpływającym na jakość usług świadczonych przez przewoźników. Z tego względu musi on podlegać okresowej ocenie. Ocena taka służy z jednej strony do planowania inwestycji, remontów i prac utrzymaniowych, z drugiej zaś jest podstawowym kryterium charakteryzującym działalność zarządcy infrastruktury pod kątem wypełnienia stawianych mu celów. Artykuł zawiera przegląd sposobów oceny stanu infrastruktury na sieci kolei niemieckich, szwajcarskich i austriackich, a także analizy porównawcze, z odniesieniem się do stanu infrastruktury na sieci PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Sformułowane zostały wnioski dotyczące parametrów przydatnych do oceny stanu infrastruktury kolejowej w Polsce.

The state of railway infrastructure is one of basic factors influencing on quality of transport services provided by operators and because of that this state of infrastructure should be under control and periodically assessed. On the one hand, such assessment helps while planning investments, repairs and maintenance works, but on the other hand the assessment is a basic criterion that characterizes the activities of infrastructure manager taking into account objectives that should be reached and that are fulfilled by him. This article provides an overview of how to assess the condition of the infrastructure for German, Swiss and Austrian railway network, as well as comparative analysis with reference to the state of the railway network infrastructure for PKP Polish Railway Lines Company. The findings on parameters useful to assess the condition of the railway infrastructure in Poland were formulated.
