Odpowiedzialność NATO za przebieg operacji Międzynarodowych Sił Wspierania Bezpieczeństwa w Afganistanie rozbudza szerokie i namiętne dyskusje o jej finał. Autor podejmuje się analizy oceny skutków, które mogą w przypadku jej niepowodzenia, stanowić o utrzymaniu lub nie trwałości sojuszu północnoatlantyckiego. Artykuł był opublikowany w ,,Joint Force Quarterly”, 2010 nr 59.

The NATO's responsibility for an ISAF operation in Afghanistan sparks a number of emotional debates over its final result. The author analyze possible effects in case of the operation's failure which can determine further existence of the alliance. Tarn D. Warren COL, US (A) published his article in “Joint Force Quarterly" No 59/2010.
