Many of the documents are still paper documents. Much attention is focused on the topic of safeguarded paper. Paper manufacturing process allows the introduction of additives that can be used as anti-counterfeiting, such as colored fibers, additives fluorescent under ultraviolet light or infrared light. This paper describes the study to determine the suitability of the use of dansyl chloride derivatives for the preparation of fibers, which could be introduced into the paper pulp to anti-counterfeiting.
