In this paper the frequency terahertz detectors based on isotropic stratified structures are offered. In spite of the extreme simplicity of implementation, such devices are still not described in the literature and these are not manufactured by the telecommunications companies. The feasibility of creating such devices based on simple plane-parallel structures are shown. In this paper the function principle of such a device is described, the results of testing calculations for three types detectors are presented.

Praca omawia czujki teraherców częstotliwości oparte na strukturach warstwowych izotropowych. Pomimo skrajnej prostoty wykonania, urządzenia takie nie zostały opisane w literaturze i nie są produkowane przez firmy telekomunikacyjne. Scharakteryzowano tworzenie takich urządzeń, opartych na prostych strukturach równoległych do płaszczyzny. Artykuł opisuje zasadę działania takiego urządzenia, wyniki przeprowadzonych testów obliczeniowych dla trzech rodzajów detektorów.
