Abstrakty
In a field experiment conductcd in 1996, the influence of four rates of mineral fertilizers and irrigation on the occurrence of leaf lesions, as well as phyllosphere and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in four spring cereal species was investigated. The NPK rates applied were 150, 300, and 450 kg ha-1. The controls were plots with no fertilization and irrigation. The cereals compared were wheat cv. Banti, Xtriticosecale cv. Mingo, malting barley cv. Orlik, and fodder barley cv. Boss. The highest percent of leaf area with lesions was found in wheat fertilized with 450 kg of NPK ha-1. The mineral fertilization and irrigation applied generally incrcased the overall number of spores of phyllosphere and the underground AM fungi associated with the plants examined, but differently affected the sporulation of the species revealed of the two fungal groups.
W doświadczeniu polowym przeprowadzonym w roku 1996 zbadano wpływ czterech dawek nawozów mineralnych i nawadniania na występowanie plamistości liści i grzybów fyllosferowych oraz arbuskularnych grzybów mikoryzowych u czterech gatunkow zboż jarych. Zastosowanymi dawkami NPK były 150, 300 i 450 kg ha-1. Kontrolą były poletka nie nawożone i nie nawadniane. Porównywanymi roślinami były pszenica odm. Banti, pszenżyto odm. Mingo. jęczmień browarny odm. Orlik i jęczmień pastewny odm. Boss. Największy procent powierzchni liści z plamistościami stwierdzono u pszenicy po zastosowaniu 450 kg ha-1 NPK. Nawożenie mineralne i nawadnianie na ogół zwiększały ogólną liczbę zarodników grzybów fyllosferowych i zarodników podziemnych arbuskularnych grzybów mikoryzowych związanych ze zbadanymi roślinami, ale różnie wpływały na zarodnikowanie ujawnionych gatunków obu tych grup grzybów.
