W artykule przedstawiono przegląd metod wytwarzania keratyny oraz jej hydrolizatów. Na podstawie zgromadzonej literatury prześledzono także szereg zastosowań tej substancji.

The article gives an overview of methods of manufacture keratin and its hydrolysate. On the basis of collected literature also a number of uses of that compound has been analysed.
