Test of migrating inhibitor working in conditions of developed reinforcement corrosion

Abstrakty
The results of tests of KCR migrating inhibitor efficiency were shown. Linear polarisation resistance method was used to carry out the tests. Different time of inhibitor activity and different levels of reinforcement corrosion in test units were taken into consideration. The inhibitor was effective only in units with low level of reinforcement corrosion in initial period. After two years protective effect was not seen. In the case of intensive reinforcement corrosion lowering of its level was not observed even directly after application of the inhibitor.
