Realizacja procesów biznesowych w łańcuchu dostaw wymaga przepływu informacji pomiędzy poszczególnymi podmiotami. Zapewnienie skutecznego przepływu jest możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu technologii RFID. W artykule przedstawiono obszary zarządzania, w których rola RFID jest szczególnie istotna.
