PL

Wdrożenie systemu klasy ERP w przedsiębiorstwie jest kosztownym i długotrwałym przedsięwzięciem obarczonym dużym ryzykiem niepowiedzenia. Kluczem do sukcesu jest identyfikacja krytycznych czynników sukcesu mających znaczący wpływ na powodzenie wdrożenia systemu ERP i skoncentrowanie się na nich. W artykule zaprezentowano problematykę krytycznych czynników sukcesu związanych z wdrożeniem zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego klasy ERP.

The implementation of an ERP system for business purposes is an expensive and long-term project usually burdened with a high risk of failure. The key to success is identifying the critical success factors having a significant impact on the successful implementation of the ERP system and taking them under consideration. In the paper there were presented issues of critical success factors associated with the implementation of integrated ERP computer information system.
