Zbadano eksperymentalnie absorpcję dwutlenku węgla w wodnym roztworze N-metylodietanoloaminy (MDEA) o stężeniu 2M i 4M, w temperaturze 313 K i 343 K. Otrzymane wyniki, uzupełnione danymi literaturowymi, zostały wykorzystane do wyznaczenia metodą regresji, wartości współczynników oddziaływania składników roztworu wymaganych w modelu Deshmukha-Mathera. Wykorzystując powyższy model i wyznaczone współczynniki obliczono równowagowe ciśnienie cząstkowe dwutlenku węgla nad roztworem. Wyniki modelowania porównano z danymi eksperymentalnymi, osiągając bardzo dobrą zgodność. Otrzymane współczynniki mogą być wykorzystane w modelowaniu absorpcji CO2 w roztworach zawierających MDEA (jedno- i wieloskładnikowych).

Solubility of CO2 in aqueous solution of N-methyldiethanolamine was experimentally measured for solution concentrations 2M and 4M and in temperatures 313 K and 343 K. The obtained data, supplemented by literature data, were used to calculate binary interaction parameters required by a Deshmukh-Mather model. Taking advantage of the mentioned model and determined parameters the equilibrium partial pressure of CO2 over the solution was calculated. Modelling results were compared with experimental data, obtaining a very good compliance. The obtained co-efficients can be used during modelling of CO2 solubility in single or multi-component solutions containing MDEA.
