PL

Nie wszystkie gałęzie przemysłu spożywczego w jednakowy sposób oddziaływują na środowisko naturalne. Wśród gałęzi wywierających niewielki ujemny wpływ na środowisko wymienić należy przemysł zbożowo-młynarski oraz produkujący koncentraty spożywcze. Zakłady te w małym stopniu korzystają z zasobów naturalnych oraz nie stanowią istotnego źródła zanieczyszczeń powstających w procesach technologicznych. Do gałęzi mających duży wpływ na środowisko naturalne zalicza się: mleczarstwo, przetwórstwo mięsne i drobiowe, przemysł piwowarski, tłuszczowy, spirytusowo-drożdżowy i cukrowniczy. Jedną z form przeciwdziałania powstawaniu lub ograniczania ilości powstających zanieczyszczeń jest realizacja inwestycji proekologicznych, które stanowią narzędzie praktycznego wdrażania zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju przez przedsiębiorstwa. W świetle powyższego, autor opracowania podjął próbę analizy rozmiarów i struktury nakładów inwestycyjnych na ochronę środowiska przemysłu spożywczego w Polsce i wybranych państwach Unii Europejskiej.

An article presents an analysis of both food and to tobacco industry environment protection investment input size and structure in Poland and chosen EU countries. Taking 2002 year as base – the most money per capita on above mentioned was spent by Dutch enterprises – almost 3,9 euro and Spanish ones – 3 euro. As far as polish enterprises concerned, they spent only 0,6 euro per capita. In gender structure of enterprises (branches 15-16) investment input an author noticed the domination of investment input reducing contamination. Regarding the directions of investment – the most money was spent on industrial wastes and water protection. Dutch enterprises were an exception – they spent the greater part of money on air and climate protection.
