PL

W artykule podjęta została problematyka możliwości zastosowania logistyki w obszarze zarządzania szpitalami. Wskazano w nim, że logistyka stanowi nie tylko instrument racjonalizacji, pozwalający na redukcję kosztów, ale także czynnik konkurencyjności. Skoncentrowano się, w szczególności na wykazaniu strategicznego znaczenia logistyki w generowania (kosztowej) przewagi konkurencyjnej szpitali.

The article was taken the issue of possibility of using logistics in the field of hospital management. tIt indicates that logistics is not only an instrument of rationalization, which allows to reduce costs, but also a factor of competitiveness. The author focused in particular on demonstrating the strategic importance of logistics in generating the (cost) competitive advantage of the hospitals.
