Image-based 3D modeling of photogrammetric objects

This article compares two methods for creating 3D models of objects using metric images. Commercial photogrammetry software to provide such opportunities is discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of the use of the two methods are considered. Way to takc pictures that can be the best representation of the image is describcd. Also, potential exten- sions of the existing algorithms are discussed.
