Abstrakty

EN

Electrical energy distribution, since its beginning, is accompanied with electrical energy loss, whose source is resistivity of the network elements. The transmission of electrical energy is made more effective by enhancing the voltage, increasing cross-sections and the use of new material technologies. The EU environmental policy, through propagating distributed power generation, especially in industrial centres, also significantly contributes to an enhancement of the energy balance in local distribution areas.
