Determination of quality of sawn timber surface. Methods of determination of quality of sawn timber was analyzed. The quality of sawn timber surface after sawing with wood-cutting tools of different designs was investigated. Parameters of roughness of sawn timber surface and norms of the expence of lumber raw material were found.
