Some influences of globalisation and the crisis on the contemporary human resources management. The aim of the paper is to partially analyse the influence of the contemporary realities on Human Resources Management (HRM) in an organization. The current condition of the majority of national and foreign organizations shows that they are coping with many problems in the field of HR due to the proceeding process of globalization and the world economic crisis which has not been handled so far. In the view of the above, the analysis of these problems seems to be still up to date and worth interest of both the theorists and practitioners of management from the perspective of the overall approach and Human Resources Management in particular.
