W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono aktualne formy systemów wiedzy, ich cechy szczególne oraz korzyści i potencjalne trudności we wdrożeniu. Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy i jego celem jest wskazanie na prowadzone współcześnie badania z zakresu nowoczesnych systemów zarządzania wiedzą jako elementów wspierania zarządzania wiedzą w organizacji.

The article present current knowledge system which was divided into two categories: symbolic systems and connectionist systems. Then they have been characterized on the basis of the types, features and the potential use. There are presented methods of assembling the hybrid knowledge system. Basing on the analysis of existing systems, there are shown the decision-making areas which should be followed in the event that an adequate system of knowledge to your organization need to be selected.
