Thermal conductivity of windings insulation has significant influence on temperature distribution in power transformer. It means that the conductivity has the influence on aging process of transformer insulation and acceptable load of transformer. Feedback is between temperature and thermal conductivity. So, the solution, obtained using iteration method, should be used, in order to determine temperature distribution in power transformer in details. The paper presents the influence of temperature on thermal conductivity of windings insulation of power transformer and iteration solution of relationship between the conductivity and temperature.
