Referat obejmuje ogólną problematykę wynikającą ze zmów cenowych szczególnie w budownictwie infrastrukturalnym. Tematyka referatu obejmuje podstawowe wytyczne wynikające z przepisów prawa polskiego jak i europejskiego. Kanwą przyświecającą podjęcie się tej problematyki jest aktualnie realizowana jako jedna z pierwszych w Polsce praca badawcza na zlecenie polskich instytucji publicznych dotycząca tematyki zmów przy budowie obiektów infrastrukturalnych.

The paper refers to the problem of collusion in infrastructural projects. The content of the paper refers to the basics of Polish and European regulations. The motivation to dealing with this subject was ongoing as one of first in Poland grant for one of official Polish institution concerning collusions in infrastructural projects construction.
