This paper presents a partial analysis concerning the possibility of using multiple non-selflocking threads in self-adjusting leveling system. Self-adjusting allows for new functionality that facilitates the leveling and assembling long furniture sets. The paper includes static linear analysis of the master module in the form of a screw-nut assembly with castellated bushing using the finite element method and a referenced strength test on the prototype secrete design SLS 3D printing technology. The research was conducted in cooperation with the furniture industry.
