Niniejszy artykuł analizuje przeprowadzone w krajach regionu Azji i Australii badanie ankietowe, dotyczące użytkowania i pielęgnacji soczewek kontaktowych przez pacjentów. W badaniu ujawnił się niepokojąco niski stopień przestrzegania zaleconego sposobu postępowania. Autorzy nakreślają tu główne problematyczne kwestie i kierują do specjalistów prośbę o pomoc w odwróceniu tej tendencji.
