EN
The article presents the significance of satellite reconnaissance. The former USSR and Russian Federation’s satellite reconnaissance system have been discussed, particularly image reconnaissance (IMINT), electromagnetic signals reconnaissance (SIGINT), early detection and warning (WARNING) and anti-rocket defence (ASAT). The directions of satellite reconnaissance systems have been defined.
