Abstrakty

Nagłe zatrzymanie krążenia (NZK) w czasie ciąży nadal jest zjawiskiem rzadkim, ale coraz częstszym. Resuscytacja kobiety ciężarnej jest bardziej złożona i niesie ze sobą wiele wyzwań. Prawidłowe postępowanie w NZK ma na celu uratowanie dwóch istnień ludzkich, przez co wiąże się z zaangażowaniem większej ilości ratowników, w tym specjalistów położnictwa i ginekologii oraz neonatologii. Odrębności fizjologiczne pojawiające się w czasie ciąży stanowią o kluczowych różnicach w postępowaniu z kobietą ciężarną.

Cardiac arrest in pregnancy is rare, but the frequency is increasing. Resuscitation is more complex for pregnant women. For proper treatment in cardiac arrest is to save two lives, which is associated with the involvement of more rescuers, including specialists in obstetrics and gynecology and neonatology. Physiological Differences arising during pregnancy constitute the key differences in dealing with a pregnant woman.
