Artykuł porusza problemy wynikające ze zmian w przepisach regulujących działanie Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w obszarze ratownictwa wodnego, dotyczy standardów działań ratowniczych na poziomie podstawowym i specjalistycznym oraz przygotowania służb w zakresie operacyjnym oraz kwalifikacji zdrowotnej.

The article discusses problems resulting from changes in the regulation of activities of the National Fire Service within water rescue. Moreover it concerns the standards of rescue activities on primary and specialist levels as well as the readiness of the fire services with regard to the operational scope and health qualification procedures.
